Description
Measurements
This hour-long class will teach students how to identify and describe length, mass, and capacity in metric and customary units, write lengths using equivalent measures, compare sizes of units of length, and solve problems using measurements. This class will allow them to explore these concepts while working collaboratively with other students, and we will practice and solidify their understanding through hands-on activities and fun games. This class meets once a week for 4 weeks. There is a maximum of 10 students for this class.
When: Wednesdays 11:15-12:15; 4 weeks; April 5 – April 26
Tuition: $40
Classes are held in South Greensboro (the address will be sent to you when you register).
